During the year, this group would welcome all new members to the Atlanta Chapter of the GMWA via letter and/or phone call.  They also present an Orientation Periodically and the public will be notified when that occurs.

 

DURING THE CONVENTION:

 

This group will staff an information center or centers and would assist delegates during the meeting on schedules, fliers, etc.

 

This group is very busy laying out material that can be assembled to welcome the delegates to Atlanta.  Will be at airport, hotels, greetings delegates with a smile.
